Photos and all the contents on the website are owned by Good Knots Only. It is prohibited to copy and make use of the contents without contacting Good Knots Only and receiving permission.
Orders and payment
All products have clearly stated prices in pounds sterling. Good Knots Only offer payments via bank transfer but do not store your card or bank details. You will be notified when your payment has been recieved and we will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the process.
Please note we are not accountable for issues with delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided when placing an order.
Production time
All Good Knots Only products are handmade to order and not kept in stock. When purchasing an item from Good Knots Only, you are accepting the production time as stated by Good Knots Only at the time of purchase.
Handmade product disclaimer
All Good Knots Only products are handmade and as such may vary slightly from the advertised product photograph(s).
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at goodknotsonly@gmail.com to discuss returning your item.
When you return request has been approved, please package your item carefully along with your original order confirmation and send to Good Knots Only (return address is visible on our email signature). You will be responsible for return postage costs.
Once your return has been received, a refund will be made to your original payment method within 3 working days.
Please be aware that custom/personalised products cannot be returned unless they are damaged/defective.
Changes and updates
We reserve the right to change the contents of the website including prices and product descriptions without prior notice. Any product can be discontinued and removed at any time.
